Well and good, Eritrea made concessions after concessiions just to deny another pretext of continuing the war by Ethiopia. I had a conversation with a Norwegian man about the querral of nations. He told me the Europeans first they make dialoge and if they don't agree they settle it by feight. On the contrary the third world first feight and later on settle it by dialogue. Is it correct? let's see the feight of USA and Iraq. First they argued and tried to settle it by dialogue. Finally they cound not able to aggre and later on settled it by feight. Other exemple was the querral between NATO and Serbia. First they had dialogu when they could not resolve it by nogatiotion they settled it by feight. It seems it confirmed the above said comment. Lets see one example from the third world. Ofcourse, it has to be the conflct between Ethiopia and Eritrea. Did they had the fight or the dialoge first? To my knowledge it was the fighting that preccede the dialogue. It means finally the disput is going to be settled by dialogu. Do you think that there would be another round of fighting. Who knows in that area war is like source of income and mode of living. The leaders do not feel comfort if they are not engaged in war. Here I have some comments on the habit of the pouplition of Horn of Africa. They became exited to war victouries than to demand the basic human rights. What is the use of hungry people dancing war victory on streets? It is the responce of the pouplation to war victories that gives the leaders of the region to be preoccupied with tactics and stratges of war. At least in the west while certain sector of the nation preoccopies itslef for war preparatrion the rest runs normaly the state affair. In horn of Africa the whole nation is war strategest. Even the patriaric becames strategist. The conflict of Ethiopia and Eritrea need not go for another round of fighting. Now enough is enough it has to be settled by demarcation.
Ethiopia has to come to its sense that there is a signed agreement of session of hostilities and it has to be implemented. The session of hostilites agremment demands Ethiopia to withdraw from the occupied areas after the arrival of UN peace keeping force. Where exactly are going to be positioned the UN peace keeping force? It is aggreed that they will occupy 25 km. inside Eritrea. From where to where is the extention of this 25 km? Shall we begin for example from Senafe or from Barentu? I don't know. Is there somebody who can tell us from where it begins and extendes? For example if it started from senafe and the extention of the 25 km do not reach zelamessa does it mean that Zelambessa will be under Ethiopia. Let's say now the EDF are about 37 km. from Assab. If we add 25 Km. it will be 62 Km. But Bada is about 70 Km. Does it mean that Bada and its surrounding about 8 Km. to be under Ethiopia? What about if Ethiopia with the support of friendly countries wins on arbiteration than demarcation? well Eritrea enteres to arbiteration if sircumstances persuades it to make concessions as it did before. Anthony Lake knows very well what his mission is. From proximity talks to shuttle diplomacy then to concessions mostly from Eritrea. What is the game behind all this vicious circle(inikilalo).
